Hawaiian Style Shave Ice

Our most famous and original item. To ensure an authentic Shave Ice, we start by producing ultra fluffy, soft ice from our U.S.-U.L. approved machines. Then we drench the soft ice with any one of our many popular tropical flavors to create a real Hawaiian-Style Shave Ice! Each comes in a small bowl with a spoon and straw.

Rain Forest Fruit Smoothies

The popularity of this product continues to grow tremendously. It all comes down to the ingredients: fresh fruit, natural juices and our exclusive Rain Forest Fruit Sorbet, which comes from sustainiable harvests in South and Central America. We believe that the Sorbet makes the tastiest and most exotic Smoothie anywhere! Sizes vary from 12-20-ounce cups.

Tropical Drinks

The variety of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) we produce is enormous, and to list them would take quite a while. Instead, we let our clientele select whichever Tropical Drinks they want, and we do the rest.

Standard Beverages

We also offer spring water, Gatorade, Red Bull, and soda pop as well as other requested and approved beverages.

Who We Are

Ice of Paradise originated in 1989 with the idea of offering authentic Hawaiian Style Shave Ice at California's glorious summer festivals. Shave Ice, while an established part of folklore in its native Hawaii, remains very much an unknown delight on the mainland. Our first event showed us how people of all ages and walks of life could find our products refreshing and enjoyable. Each year, we expanded our list of fruit-based drinks, all the while using only the highest quality ingredients.

After many years, events, festivals, and fairs, Ice of Paradise is taking the next step by providing services for backstage catering, corporate functions, and private parties.

The positive responses we receive and the tropical ambiance we provide continually remind us why we chose this fun line of business.
